Inactive ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose.

Adults and children 12 years and above dissolve 2 tablets under tongue 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician

"About 4 weeks ago I heard about 'Leg Cramp Relief.' I checked with a number of pharmacies in my area and found one place that had one bottle on the shelf. That was CVS. I asked them to hold it for me, which they did.

I have suffered (painfully, I may add) since I was about 20 years old. I am 77 now and each year it gets worse. I have cramps from my toes, arch, instep, ankle, leg, rib cage, breast and so on up till my neck. I have fainted from the severity of the pain and laid on the floor. The following 4am I had the cramp again & immediately took 2 pills under my tongue. In 5 minutes or so the cramp was gone. I couldn't believe it.

I take them almost each day as I get cramps anywhere from 2,3 or even 4 times during a 24 hour period. I had been to at least 6 neurologists and none of them could help me find out why I get cramps.
