Also for those who awake very early and cannot get back to sleep; Passiflora - for sleeplessness and insomnia in the elderly and the mentally worried and overworked. It has a quieting effect on the nervous system to produce normal sleep; Avena Sativa - for sleeplessness in the weak and elderly, sleeplessness after worry or mental exertion, and for chronic insomnia. Inactive Ingredients: Whey, Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Aspartame, Natural Flavor.
Directions for Use
Adults dissolve one tablet under tongue in the evening, and one tablet 3-4 hours later, just before bed. Children 6-12 years of age use 1/2 the adult dosage. For children under the age of 6, consult a healthcare professional.
