Directions for Use
Adults dissolve one tablet under tongue every 4 hours or as needed. Children 6 to 12 years of age use ½ the adult dosage. For children under the age of 6 consult a healthcare professional. Avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes before or after taking the tablets.
The tablets must be taken regularly and consistently for maximum effectiveness. Regular use will generally result in a positive effect within 3-5 weeks, although some people respond even sooner. Once improvement of symptoms is noted, reduce frequency of dosage. If improvement continues, stop dosing altogether. If the symptoms recur, repeat dosing as needed.
