Active Ingredients: Apis Mellifica - for swelling, inflammation, rheumatic pain, numbness and stiffness; Bryonia Alba - for pain and stiffness in neck, pain in the lower back, for injured joints, and aching in joints that is aggravated by motion, for swollen, red joints; Kalmia Latifolia - for rheumatism, swollen joints, tingling and numbness; Pulsatilla - for swollen and painful joints and pain in back; Rhododendron Chrysanthum - for rheumatism, swollen joints, specifically small joints; Rhus Toxicodendron - for pain and stiffness in small of back, and swelling of joints and rheumatic pains; Kali Bichromicum - for pain, swelling, stiffness and crackling of all joints; Kali Carbonicum - for pain, swelling and numbness in limbs and joints; Ledum Palustre - for pain, swelling and cracking in joints and limbs; Ruta Graveolens - one of the chief remedies for injured joints, for bursitis, cracking in joints, pain and swelling, also for pain and stiffness in wrists and hands. Inactive Ingredients: Lactose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dextrose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate.

Adults dissolve one tablet under tongue every 4 hours or as needed. Children 6 to 12 years of age use ½ the adult dosage. For children under the age of 6 consult a healthcare professional. Avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes before or after taking the tablets.

The tablets must be taken regularly and consistently for maximum effectiveness. Regular use will generally result in a positive effect within 3-5 weeks, although some people respond even sooner. Once improvement of symptoms is noted, reduce frequency of dosage. If improvement continues, stop dosing altogether. If the symptoms recur, repeat dosing as needed.
